Photos

Make sure to take your photograph in good lightning conditions. The more light the better quality the photo will be. Make sure to include the whole object you’re taking a photo of. We’ll cut out whats visible, if the photo only includes half the face, that’s what’s going to be printed on the socks. Avoid blurry and low resolution photos.

Yes that is possible. Just make sure to tick the box „I have more photos“.

Of course! Get creative! We’ve gotten photos of cars, big trucks, logotypes, beer and much more.

Nope, that’s our job. But we won’t stop you from uploading a photo where the face is already cut out (it makes our life easier 😉)

Payments & Orders

No, that is not possible. Because this is a customizable product we do not offer refunds for unsatisfied customers.

To avoid this, we recommend ordering a preview of your socks. That way you’ll be able to get a preview and get the chance to make any changes you desire.

We use two payment options: PayPal and Stripe.

Yes, but this needs to be done maximum 2 hours after placing your order. This is so our designer can avoid starting on a design that will be cancelled.

Yes, you can specify this when completing your checkout.

The package will be returned to us within a couple of days. You will have to pay the shipping costs for us to send the package again.

We do not offer refunds for packages that have been returned to us.

We always send our packages to the delivery address that is written in the order. We cannot change the address after it’s been sent.

Products

 70% polyester, 25% cotton och 5% spandex.

We have three available sizes:

Small – Fits size 35-39
Medium – Fits size 39-43
Large – Fits size 43-46

At the moment, no.

You can use a washing machine but please do not use temperatures warmer than 40 degrees celsius. 

Also make sure to turn them inside out before washing them.

Shipping

Nothing, nada, zero! We have free shipping on ALL orders!

Our average delivery time is 5-8 days, however during holiday season some packages might take upwards to 30 days. This is because of COVID-restrictions in various countries. This is entirely out of our control and we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on time.

We can never guarantee delivery before a certain date. If you need the socks for a certain date, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible.

We do not make any guarantees for delivery times.

If you have checked the status of your order with the provided tracking number and still do not have any updates, please contact us. We’ll take a closer look and get back to you as soon as possible.
