Here you’ll find our long list of frequently asked questions. If you cannot find your answer, don’t hesitate to contact us.

1. Photography

  1. Make sure the lightning is good – Make sure there is enough light to see the details in your face or object clearly. But be careful not to overexpose, meaning the image is so light it’s hard to see any details.
  2. Have the whole face visible – Make sure the whole face is visible in the photo, along with the ears. If you upload a photo with only half the face, you’ll be getting a pair of socks with half a face too! 
  3. Avoid blurry photos – High resolution photos work the best, resulting in sharp and clear prints on the socks. If you have a modern day smartphone, you’re in the clear. Please note that we will still use the photo even though the resolution is poor.

If you are uploading multiple photos with several faces, please tell us which of the faces you want us to cut out. If you do not give us any order notes we will automatically assume that you want every face visible.

Yes, of course! We also encourage our customers to be creative. In the past we’ve gotten photos of beers, cars, logotypes and lots more. 

Yes, for a small fee of $5 we will send you a mockup of how the socks will look like with your design on it. This option is available when you create the socks.

No, there’s no need for you to do any edits. Our experienced designers will download your photo and cut out the face (or whatever you have uploaded).

However, if you feel like helping us speeding up the process, we always love when customers submit photos that are already cut out.

2. Orders & Payments

As our product is 100% unique and customizable , we cannot offer returns on any of our products.

We offer refunds if the product is not as described or if it has been lost during the shipping process.

You can use PayPal, Stripe or normal credit card payment. 

3. Product Questions

Our socks are made from a mix of 70% polyester, 25% cotton and 5% spandex. 

We have three different sizes you can choose from:

Please note that the size are using the EU standard for shoe sizing. 

  • Small: 35-38
  • Medium: 38-41
  • Large: 41-45

If you’re in between two sizes or if you for example have size 41 (which fits both medium & large), then we recommend choosing the bigger size.

If you want to preserve the print quality of the socks for as long as possible, we recommend that you wash them by hand. You can also wash them in the washing machine at max 30 °C. 

Do not use driers and do not iron them. 

As of right now, we do not have kids sizes.

4. Shipping Questions

We have free shipping on all orders. 

If you ordering a larger batch of socks (10+) and need them for a certain date, please get in touch with us before hand. That way we can arrange a special shipping option for you.

We deliver worldwide!

Anticipate to wait for at least 10-15 working days (weekends & holidays not included) before you get your order. Most of the time, they’ll be delivered within a 7 working days.

Why does it take so long? 
We do all the design work manually. Sometimes the images we get are unclear, low resolution or even corrupt. Those things add to our handling time.

When the design is finished it’s sent to the waiting line of our sockmachine. Most of the time there are other orders waiting to be fulfilled.

After the machine has created your socks we package them and send them to you..

With the current situation in the world, we cannot offer any guarantees for our delivery times. 

Please get in touch with us prior to ordering if you need them before a certain date.

We will NOT refund orders that arrive “late”.

Have you waited for more than 15 days and still not received a package? Then please contact us over email, include your order number and tracking number in this email. We’ll take a look and get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note that in some very rare cases, shipping might take up to 30 days. If you still have not received your socks after 30 days, please contact us and we’ll issue a refund. 

Please take note that we only offer refunds on orders that have not yet been delivered after 30 days.
