Refund Policy
Because of the customization we do for all of our products, we do not offer any returns. Your socks are 100% unique and therefore have no monetary value for anyone else except you. If you want to ensure that the socks are as good as possible, please read the first section of our FAQ.
If you are not happy with the end product, please get in touch with us. We strive to make our customers as happy as possible, but we cannot make that happen unless you tell us what’s wrong!
If you feel like you’ve gotten the wrong product, size, print or if your socks have been damaged during shipping, please get in touch with us as soon as you receive the package. We will issue you a refund as soon as possible.
Here are valid reasons for refunds:
- You’ve gotten the wrong size.
- The print is damaged.
- We’ve used the wrong photo for the print.
- Order hasn’t been delivered to you within 30 working days.
- Your order has been lost in transit.
Here are invalid reasons for refunds:
- You’ve changed your mind.
- You’ve uploaded a bad photo (low resolution or bad lightning) and now the print is hard to make out.
- It wasn’t delivered fast enough (only exception is if order is still not delivered after 30 days).
- You entered the wrong adress and got it delivered to the wrong place.
- You were not quick enough to get the package from the post office and now it’s been sent back.
