We ship all of our orders from Germany using Deutsche Post. The delivery times vary depending on which country you are in, to get a better estimate, take a look our this PDF (in German).

What is the average shipping time?
During COVID19 it is hard for us to estimate an average shipping time, usually you’ll receive your package in 10-15 days from placing your order.

How do I ship my order to a different address?
On the checkout screen, you will see a place for your billing address, and to the right of that, your shipping address. Select the link (beside Shipping Address) called Modify this Address. Here, you may enter and store shipping addresses that you can use for your current and future orders.

How are shipping costs calculated?
We offer free shipping on all of our products. We do however make exceptions on larger orders that need to arrive before a certain date. This is calculated based on the total weight.

How can I track the status of my order?
You’ll receive an email with the tracking number and can use the website called http://parcelsapp.com to track the order.
